It’s always a good idea to keep some kind of daily journal. I was going through my 2019 bullet journal and found little snippets of my day and feelings or thoughts that I needed to get out right then and there, my favorite is seeing the revelations God gave me randomly that I had to write down so I wouldn’t forget. It’s alwasy amazing to see where your head was at or what was going on. If you haven’t tried it, you should.
